Tangela W. Johnson is President and CEO of the North Georgia Center for Educational Excellence (NGCEE). She has successfully worked as a management consultant and corporate trainer for 16 years and served as an adjunct faculty member of Dalton State College.
Dedicated to helping businesses create high-performing, engaged work environments with a culture of integrity, accountability, excellence and teamwork, she has developed and presented leadership, communication, and customer service workshops to hundreds of employees from various organizations. Her clients range from large manufacturers to utility companies and from colleges to hospitals.
A recipient of numerous leadership awards and appointments, Tangela has served on many state and local boards and is a graduate of the prestigious Leadership Georgia Class of 2012, vice chair of the Dalton-Whitfield Charter-Consolidation Commission, vice chair of the Northwest Georgia Trade Center Board Authority and the University of Georgia’s Archway Partnership visioning process for the community. She is the founder of Stilettos and Grace Network, a networking and mentoring group for women. She is also a Rotarian, a Paul Harris Fellow and recipient of the Community Fellowship Church of Ministries Solomon Award of Wisdom.
She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia and a master’s degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.

Angela is a well-respected, financial leader and certified public accountant with more than 20 years of tax-compliant experience. She founded her own business in 2002 successfully advising over 300 clients with tax preparation and planning, estate planning, payroll services, financial statement preparation, forecasts, regulatory compliance, cash flow projections and analysis and benchmarking.
She has served as chief financial officer for Alliance National Bank with responsibility of the Operation/Finance Department and as a senior staff accountant with a large firm managing accounting services and staff for a client base of over 500 businesses and individual accounts.
Angela is a leader in her community and professional organizations serving in numerous capacities including finance chair, panel chair of fund distribution and co-chair of the Commercial Division of the United Way, and a member of the Hamilton Medical Center Board of Trustees and the Whitfield County Board of Tax Assessors. She is a long-time volunteer and member of the Dalton-Whitfield Chamber of Commerce and a 2004 graduate of Leadership Dalton-Whitfield. She is active in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Agnes Cloud Richmond, MHS

Agnes Richmond is the founder and president of Cloud Richmond Marketing and a respected and recognized leader in healthcare marketing for 20-plus years. She established Cloud Richmond in 2010 in order to share her marketing expertise with a wider variety of organizations. While serving as marketing director and chief marketing officer for hospitals and as president of Cloud Richmond, she has managed literally hundreds of marketing initiatives, from comprehensive brand campaigns to smaller, targeted promotions. She has shared her industry know-how with clients ranging from academic medical centers to not-for-profit agencies and from physician provider organizations to large and small independent physician practices and other small businesses.
A recipient of numerous advertising and public relations awards, she has also served on a number of local and state boards including the Georgia Hospital Association, chaired the United Way Commercial Division, served as president of the American Advertising Federation and led several Chamber of Commerce committees. She is also a Rotary Paul Harris Fellow and a graduate of the 2001 Class of Leadership Dalton-Whitfield.
She received a bachelor’s degree in advertising and public relations from the University of South Carolina and a master’s degree in administration from Georgia Southern University.
Agnes is a driven and goal-oriented marketing professional who appreciates the importance of strategy as well as creative vision. While her passion is branding, she is skilled in strategic planning, advertising, social media, research, communications and public relations.
